Tips & Best Practices

Your data security is important to us. Here's how ClawBot keeps your information safe and what you can do to stay secure.

Your Data

  • Each ClawBot workspace is isolated — your leads, documents, and conversations are private to your account.
  • Billing is handled securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and scoped to only the permissions required.

Gmail Safety

Emails sent through ClawBot can go through an approval workflow. You review and approve each email before it's sent — nothing goes out without your permission.

Telegram Security

Your Telegram bot token is stored securely. We recommend keeping your bot private (don't share the bot link publicly) and reviewing the DM policy settings in Settings.

Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password for your ClawBot account.
  • Review connected Google permissions periodically in your Google Account settings.
  • If you no longer use ClawBot, disconnect your Google account from Settings before deleting your account.
