Be Specific About Your Ideal Customer

Instead of "find me some leads," try: "Find 15 B2B SaaS companies in the US with 10-50 employees that offer project management software." The more criteria you give, the more relevant your leads.

Use Pipelines to Track Progress

Set up pipeline stages that match your sales process — e.g. New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Closed. Move leads through stages as you engage with them.

Add Custom Fields

Track data that matters to your business — deal value, lead source, industry, decision-maker name. Custom fields make filtering and sorting much more useful.

Combine Chat + CRM

Ask ClawBot to find leads in chat, then switch to the Leads tab to review, edit, and organize them. The CRM and chat work together — leads discovered in chat automatically appear in your CRM.

Automate Follow-Ups

Use tasks with reminders to schedule follow-ups. "Create a task to email the Acme Corp lead next Monday, remind me on Telegram." ClawBot will ping you when it's time.
