• Profile Information: Business name, role, and industry provided during onboarding.
• Usage Data: Interactions with the Service including leads created, documents generated, and features used.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (Google, Telegram), we access only the data necessary to provide the requested functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in isolated tenant environments. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information. Each user's workspace runs in a separate container with dedicated credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Stytch: Authentication and identity management
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Fly.io: Infrastructure and compute
• Google APIs: Gmail and Calendar integration (when connected)
• Telegram: Bot messaging (when configured)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. AI Data Processing

When you use AI features, your prompts and workspace context are sent to AI model providers (e.g., OpenRouter) to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated content is stored within your isolated workspace.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, your workspace is suspended for 30 days to allow resubscription. After 30 days, workspace data may be permanently deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data through the Service
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your account and associated data
• Disconnect third-party integrations at any time

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only as necessary to provide the Service (with third-party infrastructure providers), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service.
