ClawBot helps you automate the outreach and follow-up process so no lead falls through the cracks.

Draft Outreach Emails

Ask ClawBot to write personalized emails based on the lead's details: "Write a cold outreach email to Sarah at TechCorp about our design services." ClawBot will use the lead data from your CRM to personalize the message.

Send via Gmail

With Google Workspace connected (paid plan), you can send emails directly: "Send an email to sarah@techcorp.com with the proposal I just created." Emails go through an approval workflow so you always have the final say.

Schedule Follow-Ups

Create tasks with reminders for follow-ups: "Remind me to follow up with TechCorp in 3 days on Telegram." When the time comes, ClawBot sends you a notification.

Track Everything

Use pipeline stages to track where each lead is in your outreach process. Move them from "Contacted" to "Proposal Sent" to "Closed" as conversations progress.
